* Administer and maintain Genetec Security Center Manage core components: Directory, Archiver, Media Gateway, and Failover services Monitor system performance, storage utilization, and overall health Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IP surveillance cameras Support VMS-related servers and infrastructure Manage user access, roles, and permissions Troubleshoot video, camera, and connectivity issues Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and security projects Create and maintain technical documentation Provide end-user training and support Collaborate with networking, server, and cyber security teams Provide limited after-hours/on-call support
