## About the Role

Do you have experience in VoIP administration?, * Strong experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, integrations)

 * Solid understanding of voice engineering concepts (IVR, SIP, telephony systems, call routing)
 * Proficiency in Java development (Spring Boot or similar frameworks preferred)
 * Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
 * Experience integrating voice platforms with CRM or third-party systems
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

## Description

* Design, develop, and implement solutions using Amazon Connect for contact center operations
 * Configure and manage voice workflows, call routing, IVR systems, and integrations
 * Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable voice solutions
 * Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems (CRM, APIs, databases)
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice infrastructure and contact center operations
 * Optimize system performance, call flows, and customer experience
 * Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of voice systems
 * Support deployment, testing, and production releases
