## Description

* Du analysierst Störungen zuverlässig und sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT-Systeme schnell wieder rundlaufen
 * Im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support bist Du die zentrale Anlaufstelle und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
 * Tickets landen bei Dir nicht in der Warteschleife: Du priorisierst, qualifizierst und eskalierst sie bei Bedarf gezielt weiter
 * Unsere Anwender unterstützt Du kompetent per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem - serviceorientiert und lösungsstark
 * Du richtest Windows-Clients sowie Smartphones (Android & iOS) ein und stellst deren reibungslosen Betrieb sicher
 * In Active Directory verwaltest Du Benutzer, Gruppen und Berechtigungen souverän und sicher
 * Auch im Microsoft-365-, Intune- und Entra-Umfeld bringst Du Dich aktiv ein und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft
