* Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Storage, Backup, etc.)
 * Durchführung von Performanceanalysen und -optimierungen, Überwachung der Systeme
 * Gewährleistung eines hochverfügbaren Systembetriebs
 * 1st Level Support-Ansprechpartner für alle fachlich-technischen Belange unserer Mitarbeitenden
 * 2nd Level Support (Problemanalyse)
 * Überregionale Standortbesuche (ohne Übernachtungen), sofern Lösungen nicht über einen Fernzugriff möglich sind.
 * Analyse, fachliche Konzeption, Betreuung und Optimierung von IT-Systemen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit, Planung und Durchführung von Projekten
 * Permanente Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Systemlandschaft
