Who you will work with You will be part of the Enel X Global Retail team responsible for steering the execution of new and existing programs to consistently meet energy reduction targets. The DR Operations team thrives on a culture of continuous improvement, and the ideal candidate will have experience identifying areas for improvement and successfully managing projects to achieve business objectives. Opportunities for growth will become apparent in the areas of operational efficiency, customer experience, system & process alignment, and cross-functional leadership. What you will do In this role, you will be responsible for/support the team in the following activities: * Create and adapt operating procedures for all assigned programs. * Establish an understanding of assigned program regulations and operational implications. * Coordinate the development of all program-specific content for mass communication with customers. * Monitor systems and escalate any configuration errors or software bugs to the appropriate teams. * Facilitate the cross-functional implementation of assigned new DR programs in North America. * Drive performance management activities throughout the program season to optimize portfolio delivery, including coordination of customer outreach, survey data collection & analysis. * Train the Real-Time Operations Team on assigned programs as well as Utility stakeholders on dispatch procedures using proprietary software. * Build reports and dashboards to support process visibility and cross-functional alignment., Enel North America has an internal talent acquisition department and designated career site for individuals looking to join our team.
