## Description

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Lead .NET Developer) will be responsible for developing and enhancing applications using functional and detailed design specifications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within scope, timeline, and budget, while following established development and quality assurance processes., * Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications following standard processes and quality guidelines

 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions
 * Analyze system requirements and apply architectural and design principles
 * Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards
 * Follow coding, build, and deployment best practices
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with root cause analysis
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation
 * Work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results efficiently
 * Support Agile processes and contribute to SCRUM ceremonies
 * Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
 * Participate in special projects as needed
