Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Bachelor's degree in information science, Library Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred. Experience working in global cross-functional teams and agile environments. ## Description Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design and develop the intranet's information architecture, including navigation, site maps, and content taxonomy. Create wireframes and navigation models to guide intranet design and development teams. Ensure content is organized logically to improve findability and usability. Develop clear, consistent naming conventions and metadata schemas to describe content accurately. Work closely with content owners, UX designers, and developers to implement and refine the architecture. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to optimize the intranet structure. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the information architecture. Communicate architecture decisions and benefits to stakeholders to support adoption and change management. Align intranet architecture with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
