Experience Level: Mid-Senior (5+ years ServiceNow; 10+ years overall development), * 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

 * 10+ years of overall software development experience
 * 3+ years of experience working with ITSM applications
 * Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
 * Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
 * Certifications must be verifiable through the ServiceNow Now Learning platform
 * Experience working within financial services environments
 * Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC, * Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations in financial services
 * Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and data model best practices

## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM). This role requires hands-on development expertise, strong platform knowledge, and experience working in enterprise environments-preferably within financial services.
Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
 * Implement and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
 * Build workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
 * Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity
 * Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
