This role requires an independent, highly analytical professional who can support application configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and workflow optimization while ensuring system integrity and reliability. The ideal candidate will collaborate with operational stakeholders, software vendors, and IT teams to resolve complex issues, implement system enhancements, and support clinical and business objectives. This position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment, enhance critical inpatient systems, and contribute to process improvements that support patient care and operational excellence. Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the technology that supports healthcare delivery across UAMS!Qualifications: * High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or * Associate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or * Bachelor's degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two, or * Post Graduate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field, plus one (1) year of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two required. * Epic ClinDoc and/or Epic CPOE certification required.
