Ensure infrastructure scalability, high availability, and performance. Contribute to strategic planning and technology roadmaps by researching, evaluating, and recommending future-state improvements. * Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and systems-related IT projects, including planning, cross-departmental coordination, and risk management assessment to deliver within scope, timeline, and budget. * Proactively tests and maintains system hardening, encryption, disaster recovery, and patching strategies and enforces security standards. * Design/architect and implement backup and recovery strategies that ensure compliance with DR/BCP plans. * Act as an escalation point for critical system issues. Conduct root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
