Do you have experience in Roadmap creation (System development task)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 8+ years total experience with 6+ years as a Product Owner

 * Prior experience supporting a ServiceNow Implementation as a Product Owner
 * ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM module experience required
 * In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles
 * Proven experience building roadmaps for digital product advancements
 * Ability to manage multiple scrum teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
 * Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

NICE TO HAVE

 * Certifications in Product Owner, Scrum/Agile, or ServiceNow

## Description

* Develop and align the Product Roadmap to strategic goals in collaboration with stakeholders
 * Lead Product Backlog definition working with BAs, Architects, Technologists, and SMEs
 * Build and prioritize Product Backlog with business owners and define acceptance criteria
 * Write and guide effective user stories and break down MVPs with Business Analysts
 * Drive ServiceNow implementation as the voice of the business to the scrum team
 * Coach team members new to Scrum and Agile practices
 * Support culture change to improve delivery agility across multiple scrum teams
