Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in the Medicare, ACA Health, or broader health insurance industry. * Experience with customer retention modeling, lead funnel analysis. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences. * A proactive mindset for mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of business outcomes through data. ## Description The Sr. Analytics & Insights Analyst will serve as a key strategic partner to cross-functional business leaders, translating complex data into meaningful business intelligence that drives critical decision-making. This role is responsible for leading high-impact analytical initiatives, optimizing business performance across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and mentoring junior analysts. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with business acumen, thrives in a dynamic environment, and demonstrates the ability to distill data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior executives.
