Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. We are seeking an experienced builder to drive the partner go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect Health and the broader AWS Healthcare AI portfolio, focused on Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) customers. This role will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partner relationships across healthcare consulting firms, health-tech ISVs, system integrators, and specialized HCLS delivery partners to accelerate partner-originated revenue and customer adoption. You will serve as a subject matter expert at the intersection of AI-powered healthcare solutions and the AWS partner community, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, solutions architecture, healthcare compliance, and field sales to deliver measurable business outcomes in a highly regulated industry. You will build the HCLS partner motion from the ground up, establishing the foundation for how AWS scales its healthcare AI portfolio through partners.
