* Vor-Ort-Support für Hard- und Softwareprobleme bei unseren Kunden
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Peripheriegeräten und Netzwerken
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Rollouts, Migrationen und Systemupdates
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender vor Ort
 * Dokumentation von Supporteinsätzen und Lösungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen IT-Support-Team
