## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Hardware (PCs, Server, Peripheriegeräte)
 * Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Upgrades und Hardwareaustausch
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hardwaresystem
 * Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Geräten für den Einsatz beim Kunden
 * Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen, Wartungen und Lösungen
