 * Fehleranalyse und Behebung bei Hard und Softwareproblemen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Peripheriegeräten sowie Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
 * Durchführung von System Updates, Backups und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Unterstützung bei der VPN Konfiguration sowie bei der Nutzung von VMware Umgebungen
 * Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Optimierung der IT Infrastruktur und Prozesse
 * Schulung und Beratung von Anwendern im Umgang mit verschiedenen Anwendungen und Systemen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern bei komplexeren technischen Fragestellungen
