We are looking for a **Principal Systems Engineer Requirements Lead** to provide technical leadership within the systems engineering team and drive the development of requirements for the Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) and related programs. This role is ideal for an experienced systems engineer who excels at solving complex problems, communicating clearly, and guiding cross-functional teams toward well-structured, high-quality system solutions. As the Systems Engineering Requirements Lead, you will take ownership of defining, managing, and evolving the system requirements for a fielded GPS-based precision approach and landing system operating in some of the most demanding operational environments. You will lead the requirements process across the entire system lifecycle-ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with program needs-while collaborating with engineering, program management, test, and customer stakeholders.
