This role partners closely with trading and sales to improve models and analytics, ensure accurate P&L reporting, and deliver high-quality statistical and market work for primarily internal stakeholders., * Provide desk support across Emerging Markets Credit, including daily P&L reconciliation, explaining drivers, and investigating breaks * Build, enhance, and maintain pricing, risk, and performance models * Perform statistical analysis on market and trading data * Develop and automate tools and workflows to improve efficiency, controls, and data quality (data pipelines, dashboards, reporting) * Produce recurring and ad hoc analytics for internal clients (Trading, Sales, Risk, Finance, Control) * Communicate clearly with desk stakeholders, translating quantitative outputs into actionable insights * Support process improvement initiatives, including controls, governance, and best practices around data and models, Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
