Do you enjoy shaping those patterns into recommendations that support strategic priorities across the firm?, * ideally 6-10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-driven strategy roles, ideally within financial services * Demonstrated ability to lead a firmwide analytical and prospecting suite, translating complex data into clear narratives, and guiding stakeholders toward data-informed decisions * Experience working with data, technology, or analytics partners to shape requirements, ensure data integrity, and support model, dashboard, or analytical asset development * Strong communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and structured manner * Knowledge of the US wealth management industry and the products and services provided to key market segments that UBS serves ## Description * Lead the development of a comprehensive analytics framework that strengthens visibility into prospecting channel performance and effectiveness, and advisor engagement across the prospecting funnel * Support strategic planning and prioritization by developing management reporting, dashboards, and analyses that inform decision-making * Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the prospecting ecosystem * Partner with teams across the organization to ensure the right data is collected, connected, and translated into meaningful insights Your Career Comeback We are open to applications from career returners. Your team Located in New York, you will be part of the GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office reporting to the Head of GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office.
