## About the Role

Experience:

 * Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Active Directory

Education:

 * Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.

Certifications:

 * Require anyone of the following IAT Level I (A+ CE, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security) and CE/OS Certification.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.

## Description

The person in this position providing trouble shooting and assistance with classrooms equipment; images and repairs classroom equipment; and simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. The duties will include all Tier 2 duties, Interact with Undergraduate School (UGE), helpdesk staff, DEVOPS, network team to restore service and or identify and correct core problems. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution.
