## About the Role

Do you have experience in Thermal control?, * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field required.

 * 3-4 years' experience required.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

 * Knowledge of cooling systems technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
 * Generates specifications for parts or components with Creo CAD software.
 * Reuses design components via reusable libraries following standard procedures.
 * Uses Creo CAD to perform intermediate drafting such as wire frames, solid objects and array of objects, including but not limited to fabrications, castings and modular assemblies.
 * Performs routine changes to computerized schematics or drawings.
 * Creates views of objects in 2 and 3 dimensions; creates perspective drawings and orthogonal views.
 * Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

## Description

* Designs, develops, builds, and implements new cooling system components, products, or technologies.
 * Responsibilities:
 * 3D design components/systems Organizing, coordinating, and executing the building, testing, and analysis of prototypes.
 * Extensive customer communication and collaboration, developing a production ready product.
 * Assisting supply specialists and buyers with supplier development and supplier performance. Overseeing the efforts of drafting and testing specialists.
 * Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into detail design documents. Participating in buy-build analysis for product components.
 * Participating in and supporting proposal preparation, cost estimates, and technical reports., * Design or modify cooling components/systems based on project requirements.
 * Collaborate with project teams to define scope and limitations.
 * Review customer requests and estimate time/cost.
 * Work independently and manage time effectively.
 * Apply knowledge of system development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
 * Use thermodynamics, thermal simulation, and structural analysis basics.
 * Expert in Creo 3D modeling, Teamcenter processes, and print release.
