Do you have experience in Upselling?, * Strong communication and presentation skills

 * Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms preferred

## Description

Little Giant Marketing is a fast-growing insurance CRM and automation company looking for a tech-savvy Client Training Specialist to work directly with insurance agencies on training, CRM customization, workflows, automation, and operational strategy.

This is not a basic customer support role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys:

 * helping clients improve processes
 * training teams
 * building workflows
 * solving problems live on calls
 * thinking strategically
 * working directly with business owners

What You'll Do

You will meet directly with insurance agencies on Google Meet and Zoom calls to:

 * train clients on CRM workflows and lead processes
 * help customize pipelines and automation
 * answer questions about AI tools and CRM features
 * guide agencies on best practices for working leads
 * help improve accountability and team processes
 * assist with custom build requests and operational ideas
 * work with high-value and VIP clients
 * help clients implement and optimize their systems

This role is hands-on. You may build workflows, adjust automations, or help configure systems live during client calls.

You'll also work closely with our support, onboarding, and account management teams to help clients move projects forward efficiently., * Have you ever worked for or with an insurance agency? If yes, please describe your role and responsibilities.
