## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in the field of information technology, computer science, engineering or science is preferred
 * Relevant certifications such as CCNA and A+ are preferred
 * Minimally 3-5 years IT onsite support experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life science industries
 * Solid knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, iOS
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills this a must.
 * Ability to work independently and solve problems based on guidelines and experience.
 * Strong quality and customer service mindset.
 * Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
 * Knowledge of system and network administration, cloud based applications is a plus.
 * Experience in Office 365, Excel macro, Linux and/or Windows Shell scripting is a plus.

## Description

* Providing IT support for users as well as C- level individuals in the assigned sites.
 * Assistance with conference room meeting support.
 * Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices.
 * Following-up on client questions and problems (hardware and software) until resolved.
 * Documenting issues and resolutions, producing reports when required.
 * Providing administrative support for IT systems, including user role and access permissions
 * Improving and maintaining customer satisfaction
 * Interacting with external service providers for additional support
 * Contributing to testing and system quality compliance.
 * Following corporate policies and procedures.
 * And other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
