Do you have experience in IT department experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications.

 * Knowledge in healthcare systems operations such as EMR.
 * Complies with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 * High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree in Computer Science or Certificate in computer technology related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 * 5 years experience in lieu of degree or certificate. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Information Technology.

## Description

* Maintains computer networks between locations and/or care centers.
 * Contributes to determining hardware and software specifications.
 * Responsible for application testing and documentation of workflow.
 * Provides user support and customer service to physicians and staff to resolve software and hardware issues.
 * Responds to questions from callers and walk-ins; remotely assists physicians and staff with technology problems in offices.
 * Exhibits knowledge of fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
 * Installs hardware and completes repairs.
 * Communicates security information to all levels of the organization.
 * Under supervision, administers information security software and controls.
 * Follows standard Help Desk operation procedures; accurately logs all Help Desk contacts using tracking software for job tickets.
 * Performs other position related duties as assigned.
