 * Proficiency with Git workflows and collaborative development
 * Experience integrating web services (OAuth, SAML, REST APIs, webhooks)
 * Track record building or maintaining large-scale web applications
 * Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Ideal:

 * SaaS product development experience
 * Node.js/JavaScript backend experience
 * MySQL experience with a focus on query optimization and performance tuning
 * Database performance optimization and scaling strategies
 * Experience with modern frontend frameworks
 * Contributing to or maintaining open-source projects
 * Familiarity with TipTap is a bonus
