Important * Hands-on experience with master data management concepts (e.g., entity resolution, golden records). * Exposure to data integration, ETL/ELT, or data synchronization workflows. * Familiarity with SQL for profiling, validation, or basic analysis. * Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure. Desirable (but not required) * Experience using Syncari or similar MDM/integration platforms. * Experience with Secoda or similar data catalog platforms. * Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Sigma). * Familiarity with real estate systems or ERP platforms (e.g., Yardi, Workday). Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 8-10 Years . ## Description The Data Governance Analyst will be a key contributor to the implementation of Data Governance strategy. Reporting to the VP, Data Governance, this newly created role works closely with Strategic Analytics, IT, Data Engineering, and business SMEs across GID's lines of business, advisory services, and corporate functions. Through these partnerships, the Data Governance Analyst will support the rollout of Master Data Management (MDM) program, data catalog, and data governance policies and standards. This role will also help build data literacy and engagement across the enterprise.
