Preferred: * PeopleSoft-aware DBA experience, including PeopleTools metadata, PSFT schemas, PUM lifecycle, compare reports, and cross-tier troubleshooting. * Understanding of cloud-native automation for tuning, backups, security, and scaling. * Experience designing or supporting High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures for mission-critical systems. * SQL audit reporting and handling evolving compliance requirements. * Automation and scripting skills for operational efficiency and repeatability. * Excellent collaboration and communication skills. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
