This position is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and designing the telecommunications systems and troubleshooting telephony-related network connections, access control, and other telephony-affecting data network systems. The role is responsible for all front-line support incidents and requests from the end users of the phone system and includes the day-to-day management of resources attached to the PBX directly.
