 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment and security systems.

 * Provide advanced support for PCs, printers, and user configurations.

 * Communicate issues, train staff, and assist in designing new system features.

 * Collaborate with vendors for equipment selection and support.

 * Ensure network security, stability, and proactive threat management.

 * Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical support.

Lead technical projects and provide network-related project management.
