Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # M3 CloudSuite Systems Administrator & IT Support Engineer - **Company:** Natural Innovations - **Location:** Beeston, UK - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** VoIP, Business Software, Business Systems, Cyber Security, System Configuration, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, Domain Name System (DNS), Microsoft Exchange Server, Information Technology Operations, Local Area Networks, Laser Printing, Microsoft Office, Windows Servers, Cloud Services, Software Systems, Systems Integration, Wide Area Networks, Wi-Fi Technology, Information Technology, Veeam, Cisco, User Administration, Vmware - **Published:** May 15, 2026 - **Apply:** https://uk.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=9bdb0f82e258f9eb ## About the Role Do you have experience in VoIP?, * Preferably educated to Degree or HND level in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. * Relevant ERP, M3, Microsoft, or infrastructure certifications would be advantageous., * Must have a good understanding of ERP system concepts. * Must have at least two years' experience of using M3 Cloud Suite, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. * Advantageous but not essential to have a basic working knowledge or experience/approved training/education in any of the following: Windows Servers, PC/Laptop operating systems, software and hardware support and fault diagnostics/resolution, DHCP, DNS, LAN network infrastructure, and Microsoft Office 365. * Advantageous but not essential to have a basic working knowledge or experience/approved training/education in any of the following: MS-Exchange Server, VMware, Cisco wifi equipment, VOIP telephone systems, wifi barcode scanners/printers, laser printers, Veeam backup, CCTV systems, firewalls, and mobile phones. * Basic knowledge advantageous but not essential regarding EDI concepts. * Advantageous but not essential to have previous hands on experience in an IT department in a commercial environment. * Good communication skills, both oral and written. Basic knowledge advantageous but not essential regarding purchase skills ## Description * Act as the primary internal support contact for M3 CloudSuite and associated business applications. * Provide Level 1 system administration, troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution for M3 CloudSuite. * Work closely with the company's M3 implementation/support partner to escalate and resolve more complex issues where required. * Assist with system configuration, user management, access control, testing, and continuous improvement activities within M3 CloudSuite. * Create, maintain, and improve documentation, procedures, and support guides relating to M3 CloudSuite and associated systems. * Support end users with training, guidance, and best practice usage of the ERP system. * Share knowledge and provide guidance to other IT team members regarding M3 CloudSuite functionality and processes. * Support integrations and associated business systems connected to the ERP platform. * Assistwith troubleshooting and support of EDI processes and external integrations.
