Desired * Experience supporting DoD programs, particularly network modernization initiatives. * Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. * ITIL v3 or ITSM experience. * CCNA or Juniper experience preferred. * DoD 8570 IAT III Baseline Certification (Security+ or CCNA-SEC). ## Description Step into a role where your technical expertise directly strengthens critical Air Force missions across CONUS installations. As a Network Operations Technician, you'll be at the heart of large-scale network modernization efforts-keeping newly deployed infrastructure secure, stable, and performing at its best. In this fast-paced Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, you will troubleshoot complex issues, safeguard enterprise systems, and help drive the success of cutting-edge network upgrades. If you're passionate about solving problems, improving performance, and ensuring mission continuity, this role offers the chance to meaningfully support national defense initiatives.
