Open to candidates at any experience level; what matters is deep hands-on practice with AI coding tools, able to independently turn product and design ideas into high-fidelity, interactive demos that validate experience and feasibility 2. Strong product and data sense; sharp design judgment, high aesthetic bar, and attention to experience detail; able to curate and elevate from large volumes of AI-generated output, turning the "ordinary" into the "extraordinary"; curiosity and drive to explore the unknown 3. Able to identify and define problems in complex business and user contexts, propose well-judged solutions, and drive them to launch 4. Strong communication and cross-team collaboration; optimistic, and effective in fast-changing environments 5. Strong self-drive and learning loop; values reflection and retrospection, turning experience into reusable methods and insight Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience shipping social, creator, or content products at scale 2. Side projects involving social, AI-driven, or generative experiences 3. Hands-on coding background 4. Providing professional design methods and practices, the team helps improve user experience and working efficiency of these products and areas. 1. Drive AI transformation of the design system and workflow - Define how AI agents, skills, and tools apply in design. Turn the design system into an asset that AI can read, consume, and generate from. Explore AI-driven workflows from inspiration to prototype to delivery, unlocking new leverage for the team 2. Build internal AI tools hands-on - Use AI coding tools fluently to independently develop and refine agents, skills, and design tools that accelerate AI adoption across the team 3. Build a design system that scales for product and AI - Apply strong abstraction and innovation to keep the design system and its components scalable and maintainable as product needs evolve, and structured enough to meet the higher bar AI workflows demand 4. Raise app-wide design quality - Apply industry-leading design craft to identify opportunities across business lines and drive holistic optimizations that continuously elevate the overall quality of the app 5. Drive adoption of the design system and AI workflows - Abstract complex problems from business contexts and self-drive design solutions. Maintain clear documentation for the design system and AI workflows (including usage guidelines and best practices), and run training to drive cross-team adoption 6.
