 * Gestión y coordinación del project management de la obra.
 * Definición de los objetivos, alcance, tareas, recursos, cronograma y presupuesto del projecto.
 * Coordinación del equipo de trabajo implicado, asignando responsabilidades y asegurando una buena comunicación entre los miembros.
 * Supervisión del avance del proyecto para asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y objetivos, identificando desviaciones y aplicando correcciones cuando sea necesario
