## Description

We are seeking a senior IT Project Manager to manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation. This role is accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. The position focuses on IT projects and initiatives, requiring day-to-day direction of project resources and effective change management. ESRI, GIS and utilities experience highly preferred., * Develop project plans and drive project milestones.

 * Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
 * Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
 * Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
 * Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
 * Meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
 * Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets.
