 * Advanced mastery of AWS architectures, FedRAMP High controls, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform integration pipelines.

## Description

* Maintain and optimize the overarching hybrid cloud infrastructure, mapping dependencies between IBM InfoSphere, AWS Redshift, Databricks, and GIS/Graph platforms.
 * Author Network Architecture Diagrams and coordinate with OPM/OIG infrastructure and security teams (ISTG) to promote code safely from pre-production to production.
 * Enforce security guardrails, ensuring all solutions abide by FedRAMP High, FISMA, and FIPS 140-3 data encryption protocols.
