Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills in coding languages and business intelligence tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, Power BI, Snowflake) and strong interest in expanding knowledge in this space. * Must possess strong analytical, strategic, project management, decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of new technologies as needed to progress initiatives. * Able to describe value and support the prioritization of data solutions. * Able to organize and address customer pain points., * Strong written and oral communication skills required * Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred * Master`s in same or related disciplines strongly preferred * 3-5 years experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments, including, but not limited to, working in NoSQL implementation, ETL, Java, scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell), and the Hadoop stack ## Description Ensuring that data is a competitive differentiator for our enterprise, the USRM Data Office sets strategic data product visions, governs data for quality and compliance, develops best in class data and reporting solutions, and continuously seeks to optimize the value that data creates for our customers and company.
