KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES NEEDED * Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems. * Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions. * Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and requirements gathering. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. * Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments. * Knowledge of automation, reporting, and business intelligence tools is a plus. WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS * A majority of work takes place in an indoor office setting equipped with a computer, desk, phone, and other typical office equipment. * Must be able to inspect details at close range, interact, communicate, and exchange accurate information consistently. * Must be able to retain a stationary position for extended periods of time. * Travel to other locations is occasionally required for meetings and trainings. ## Description The Business Solutions Manager will lead the strategy, optimization, and performance of our business-critical systems while driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key partner to operational leaders, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and leverage technology to solve business challenges.
