This position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business. ## Description The UCF IT Department within Facilities and Business Operations is seeking to hire a skilled and customer-focused IT Client Support Specialist III to support Knight Shield, a secure computing environment designed to meet federal IT compliance requirements, including CMMC, NIST 800-171, and STIG standards. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, compliant systems while delivering high-quality technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
