## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Konzeption von Entwicklungsprogrammen und Trainings zur Einarbeitung bestimmter Zielgruppen
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche bei speziellen Qualifizierungsbedarfen, insbesondere zu technischen Themen
 * Durchführung von Trainingsbedarfsanalysen, um maßgeschneiderte Lern- und Entwicklungsprogramme zu erstellen
 * Evaluierung der übergreifenden Qualifizierungsbedarfe und Bündelung
 * Trainings planen, konzipieren und mit Anbietern oder Trainern abstimmen
 * Qualifizierungsplanung in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen unterstützen
 * Entwicklung neuer Qualifizierungskonzepte und -formate vor allem in den technischen/operativen Bereichen
 * Evaluierung der Weiterbildungsprogramme und gegebenenfalls Nachjustierung
