 * Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred

We're partnering with a growing, employee-owned manufacturing organization to hire a Director of IT - Infrastructure & Operations. This is a high-visibility leadership role with enterprise-wide impact, driving modernization, service excellence, and scalability across a multi-site environment.

This is not a traditional infrastructure role-we're seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader who can operate at the executive level while transforming IT operations to support continued growth, including active M& A integration.
