The position requires strong incident response skills, hands-on troubleshooting ability, and comfort working in a 24/7 operational environment., The NGAN Operations Engineer is a key member of the NGAN Operations team, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the vCMTS platform. The role involves system installation, network configuration, operational support, and participation in an on-call rotation. The engineer will work closely with software development, product, and project management teams to operationalize new products and maintain high service availability.
