Assist and support the Infrastructure group in managing and maintaining OptumServe's Hosting and Storage infrastructure environment, including patching, configuration review and monitoring of servers and devices, to sustain business operations. Participate in the support of Server OS layer & supporting technologies, research, modernization, technology standards, and operational excellence. This position partners with Infrastructure and OptumServe IT to support the execution of technology at OptumServe. Essential Functions Include * Act as Initial technical resource for team to resolve problems and issues. * Assist to deploy, maintain and manage servers and supporting infrastructure. * Assist in maintaining centralized documentation of IT infrastructure information, including hardware/software licensing, environment diagrams, SOPs and work instructions. * Assist in maintaining supported systems throughout their lifecycle. * Follow all escalation procedures according to service level agreement. * Provide an accurate record of work in request / incident management tracking tools. * Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; document system events to ensure continuous functioning.
