## About the Role

Do you have experience in Safety regulations?, * Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance planning or maintenance experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing environment

 * Experience with rotating and fixed equipment (pumps, compressors, reactors, piping systems, etc.)
 * Strong SAP skills.
 * Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices.
 * Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical manuals.
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 * Strong communication and coordination abilities.
 * Analytical problem-solving skills.
 * Working knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, PSM, etc.), * Looking for candidate with strong SAP experience. Plant is looking to re-establish
 * Maintenance work process and will need a candidate familiar with SAP functionality to develop site maintenance work process.

## Description

* Maintain and update SAP (computerized maintenance managed system).
 * Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
 * Review work requests and prioritize tasks based on safety, regulatory, and operational needs.
 * Create and manage maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and resource utilization.
 * Estimate labor, materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
 * Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment availability for planned work.
 * Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with procurement as needed.
 * Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements for reliability and cost efficiency.
 * Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
