## Description

The Deskside Support Engineer will provide onsite deskside support at NYC location. Deskside support includes break/fix, device setup, peripherals support, and hands-on troubleshooting that cannot be completed remotely., * Maintain local stock of standard peripherals and coordinate swap devices per DFC policy

 * Support LAN closet access coordination for basic connectivity troubleshooting in collaboration with Network Operations
 * Coordinate with DFC facilities/security for onsite access and after-hours needs as authorized
