## Description

We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a client team based at Midlands Metropolitan University Hospital. This role sits within a busy facilities management environment supporting the delivery of essential services across a large healthcare estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance and service requests are logged, managed, and progressed efficiently, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support., * Managing incoming calls, emails, and service requests

 * Logging and tracking maintenance jobs through internal systems
 * Allocating work orders to engineers and subcontractors
 * Monitoring job progress to ensure SLA targets are met
 * Providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
 * Supporting administrative processes including reporting and purchase orders
 * Assisting with complaint handling and query resolution
