This role sits within the Office IT Strategy, Design & Architecture function and is accountable for ensuring that digital workplace investments-particularly AI-enabled and Microsoft-centric capabilities-translate into sustained behavioural change, measurable productivity improvement, and higher employee engagement. The role operates at global scale, influencing markets, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams. It balances strategic ownership of adoption frameworks and standards with hands-on leadership of global adoption initiatives. The individual in this role acts as the design authority for adoption and change, ensuring consistency, clarity, and employee-centricity across all Office IT communications and enablement activities.
