## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery and Jira administration and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs to on-time, on-budget delivery., * Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira, for program and portfolio tracking.

 * Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with clear metrics and governance.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
 * Experience level: 5+ years in program or project management within technology environments.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience operating in hybrid work models and coordinating onsite collaboration.
 * Background with Agile at scale frameworks and portfolio reporting.

## Description

* Own and drive program plans, roadmaps, and execution across multiple workstreams.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage workflows using Jira and related tools.
 * Track scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear reporting to stakeholders.
 * Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.
