## Description

* Front Desk & Visitor Support
 * Provide a warm, professional welcome to all residents, families, visitors, and partners.
 * Maintain continuous coverage of the front desk during assigned times and arrange coverage as needed.
 * Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while ensuring prompt, accurate messaging.
 * Greet and assist visitors, ensuring compliance with sign-in/out procedures.
 * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area.
 * Administrative & Clerical Support
 * Complete clerical tasks, including filing, copying, mailing, and payroll support.
 * Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure availability.
 * Assist with resident call systems, service requests, and appointment scheduling.
