Soft Skills: Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. As Head of Data, you will own the execution of our data roadmap, working directly with the VP of Engineering who sets the strategic direction. You will lead a team of five spanning analytics engineering, data science, and data engineering. Over the next 12-18 months, you'll drive the design and implementation of key data initiatives such as a unified customer view, building domain-aligned data products, and enabling real-time data analytics and reporting.
