## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior PHP Developer / Onsite Coordinator to lead and manage on-site project activities while ensuring seamless collaboration with offshore teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction., * Coordinate and manage on-site project activities between development teams, clients, and stakeholders.

 * Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
 * Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
 * Ensure smooth integration and communication between on-site and offshore teams.
 * Take ownership of end-to-end PHP project lifecycle, including:
 * Architecture design
 * Development
 * Testing
 * Deployment
 * Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
 * Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
 * Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and updates.
